Factory Reset Procedure for SkyLink Terminals

Please see the following procedure to reset the unit to factory defaults:

1. Leave power plugged in.
2. Unscrew the power endcap secured by the 2 Philips screws.
3. Remove the power endcap and locate the 'reset' and 'user' buttons on the mainboard.
4. Press the button labeled reset once and then...immediately start step 5.
5. Immediately press and hold 'user' button for 30 seconds (LED will change multiple colors during the reset).
6. The reset is complete when you see the blue flashing led after 30 seconds of holding the 'user' button.  The unit should continue on to a solid blue LED indicating successful boot.
